CRNA Opportunity in Boca Raton, FL

Job Overview

Envision Healthcare is seeking qualified CRNAs for full‑time or part‑time positions at our Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Boca Raton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in a 100% outpatient setting across multiple ASC sites.
• Cover 4–5 days per week with a typical workday from 7:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. (occasionally until 5:00p.m.). No call, nights, or weekends.
• Assist a care team consisting of 15 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs and collaborate across various procedure types, including orthopedics, gastrointestinal, gynecology, spine, and ophthalmology.
• Adapt to rotating assignments at multiple ASC locations.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA license and certification.
• Experience managing outpatient anesthesia cases.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations within the ASC system.
• Team‑player attitude and strong communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $217,000 total compensation with incentive opportunities.
• Start‑date bonus up to $45,000.
• Hourly per diem rate of $150.

Work Schedule
