We learn, grow, and achieve more – in our careers and in our communities.**Job Description Summary:**This position is M-F Marion CRNA and will not take call • work/life balance • independent practice • no head, no hearts, no trauma, nor OB • new grads welcome • CME $ each year • 6 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME • perioperative prescriptive authority • full scope of practice • quality scorecard bonus • malpractice support**Responsibilities And Duties:**1. Perform and document preanesthestic assessment and evaluation. 2. Provide general, regional, local and sedation coverage. 3. Select, obtain and administer anesthetics and other drugs. 4. Facilitate emergency and recovery from anesthesia. 5. Provide postanesthesia care. 6. Implement acute and chronic pain management modalities. 7. Respond to emergency situations. 8. Provide on call coverage as required by the department.**Minimum Qualifications:**Associate's Degree (Required)AANA - American Association of Nurse Anesthetists - NBCRNA - National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists, CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA), RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing**Additional Job Description:**Graduate from an approved school of nursing and hold current Ohio licensure as a registered nurse. Graduate from a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs or its predecessor. Complete the AANA Certification examination.
