About The Opportunity
Join a growing cardiovascular team at AdventHealth Ocala as a Cardiac CRNA in a high‑acuity, team‑based environment. You will support advanced cardiac procedures in a collaborative and innovative setting.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑anesthesia assessments for CVOR, Electrophysiology (EP), and Structural Heart Interventions
- Administration of general and regional anesthesia
- Intraoperative monitoring for high‑acuity cardiac cases
- Post‑anesthesia recovery care
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, and perfusionists to deliver comprehensive anesthesia care
Schedule & Environment
- Monday‑Friday schedule with 8, 10, or 12‑hour shifts
- No call or weekend shifts
- Supportive, team‑based care model
- High‑acuity cardiac cases in a well‑equipped facility
- Strong culture and administrative support
Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent compensation based on years of experience – median $245K
- $75K Sign‑On Bonus
- $25K Incentive Bonus in Year 4

Requirements
- Active Florida ARNP License
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications
