Dates coverage is needed: June 1 ongoing 3, 4 or 5 days a week

Is this ongoing?: Ongoing

Schedule/Shift times: Monday-Friday 8, 10 or 12 hr. shifts

Call required?: No Call and No Nights

Patient ages: 10% Peds, 45% Adults, 45% Geriatrics

Types of cases/Specialty mix: Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Cath Lab, GYN, Urology, Plastic Surgery, General Surgery, Ophthalmology and some Peds & OB

Type of charting: Cermer

Active DEA is REQUIRED before the locums CRNA starts working here

Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Travel and lodging provided: yes

Additional information

• ACLS and PALS required
• 5-7 cases per day
• Team consists of 18 CRNAs

Pay Rate: $200 + TL
