CRNA Needed – Arizona
1 hour south of Phoenix
We are seeking a CRNA for an ongoing opportunity in Arizona beginning in July.
Rate: $240/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7a-3:30p
Start: July 2026
Commitment: 10-20 shifts per month
Practice Highlights:
- Critical Access Hospital
- Care Team Model
- 8-hour day shifts
- Emergency privileges available for qualified candidates
Cases:
- General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, OB/GYN, and occasional Cath Lab cases.
- No Hearts.
- No Neuro.
Requirements:
- Active Arizona license
- Clean background and malpractice history
- At least 1 year of experience
Call:
- Off-site beeper call
- Two weeks without call, third week serves as float/call provider
- Occasional weekend call coverage
