We provide high-quality office-based anesthesia services across pediatric dental, adult dental, and select specialty settings.
We are seeking a CRNA who is comfortable caring for pediatric patients in office-based environments, primarily healthy pediatric cases (ASA I). Procedures are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. This model supports excellent clinical care and a sustainable lifestyle.
What This Role Looks Like
- Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
- Healthy pediatric patients (primarily ASA I)
- Efficient cases with short sedation and recovery times
- Early start, early finish – many days wrap up by 1–2 PM
- Supportive clinical and operational teams

Who We’re Looking For
- CRNA licensed (or eligible) in Oregon and/or Washington
- Comfortable providing anesthesia for pediatric patients
- Experience in office‑based or ASC settings preferred
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong clinical judgment
- Interest in a flexible, lifestyle‑friendly practice model
