Administer anesthesia : Provide intravenous, general, regional, and local anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, and other medical/dental procedures
Pre- and post-operative care : Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, develop individualized anesthesia plans, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
Patient monitoring : Continuously assess vital signs, patient response, and adjust anesthesia as needed
Emergency management : Respond to and manage anesthesia-related emergencies
Documentation : Maintain detailed records of preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient status, anesthesia administration, and medication use.
Collaboration : Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers to ensure safe, high-quality care.
Specialized procedures : Perform tasks such as central venous line placement, NG tube insertion, mechanical ventilation, and advanced resuscitation techniques.
