Job Description
Capital Region Medical Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a community‑based medical center that values a collegial, team‑based culture and offers competitive compensation with a flexible schedule to support work‑life balance.

Opportunity Highlights

• Collaborate with a 5‑person Anesthesia team and 15 CRNAs.
• Provide coverage in 7 operating rooms, 12‑bed Labor & Delivery, and 2 Endoscopic suites.
• Work under a medical supervision model.
• Support procedures in General, Orthopedic, OB/GYN, Vascular, ENT, Robotics, Urology, Spine, Plastic Surgery, and Podiatry.
• Flexible scheduling options, including a 4‑day work week.
• Endoscopic‑only roles in the new Goldschmidt Surgery Center (Mon‑Fri, no call).
• Call and non‑call positions available; part‑time and full‑time options.
• Overtime pay for all shifts exceeding the regular schedule.
• Weekday/weekend call shift differential pay.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduated from a School of Nursing and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Missouri.
• Completed an advanced nursing education program for Nurse Anesthetist.
• Demonstrated recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse in Missouri.
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist; if a new graduate, the first available nationally recognized certification exam has been taken and passed.
