Practice Description:
The selected provider will split time between two premier hospital campuses located just 20 minutes apart, working within a collaborative care team model.
Schedule & Clinical Setting
- Setting: Inpatient Hospital and attached Outpatient Surgery Centers.
- Shifts: Sunday through Saturday. Hours will consist of a variable combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.
Daily Responsibilities & Case Load
- No OB responsibilities.
- Patient Census: Variable depending on daily operating room and surgical center assignments.
- Supervision Model: Operates under a 1:3 Medical Direction/Supervision model with attending physicians.
- EMR System: EPIC (Health Connect).
Job Requirement:
- Scheduling Expectations: Exceptional flexibility is a core requirement. Candidates must be open to working a dynamic schedule spanning days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

- Pediatrics: Healthy pediatric cases are required; all acute pediatric cases are managed by dedicated Pediatric Anesthesiologists.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted California (CA) state medical license in hand. Licensing candidates will not be considered.
- Certification: Board Certified CRNA.
- Vaccination Policy: COVID-19 vaccination is preferred; qualified waiver requests will be evaluated and considered.
