Overview

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Fort Mill, SC. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, providing life changing procedures. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. Compensation

Hourly rate starts at: $225/hour, negotiable based on market. Daily guarantee, whether you work or not. 1099 - contractor. Report at 6:30am; first surgery starting at 7am.

Practice setting

Independent practice, 1099. 100% autonomy; solo practice. Adult patients only. Monday – Thursday. No nights, weekends, call, or holidays. Great work-life balance. 12 days off per year. Most importantly, you\'ll be part of changing people\u2019s lives with a brand new smile, 24 hours after surgery.

Required Experience

  • Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
  • One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
  • Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
  • Proficient in nasal intubations.
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with dental anesthesia.
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting.

Education/Licensure

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  • Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current state licensure as an APRN.
  • Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.

Duties

  • Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans.
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events.
  • Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment.
