Looking to grow their CRNA team, Exeter Hospital is a level 3 trauma center located in Exeter, New Hampshire. This community-based practice offers an anesthesia care‑team model, embracing an excellent work‑life balance and a collegial environment. CRNAs practice with autonomy and are encouraged to practice to the full scope of their license. Some CRNAs may serve as clinical preceptors for nearby nurse anesthesia programs. Exeter is conveniently located, being less than an hour from Boston and Portland, making it a great option for commuters. The town is next to the seacoast and close to mountains, with easy access to outdoor activities and notable schools such as Phillips Exeter Academy. The area is considered an attractive place for family living and community, with no state income tax or sales tax.

Case Assignments

General surgery, orthopedics, endoscopy, ENT, GYN, labor and delivery, ophthalmology, urology, vascular, plastics, healthy pediatrics, and dental. Excludes head/hearts and chronic pain cases.

Shifts & Call

8‑ and 10‑hour shifts available. Beeper‑call for nights and weekends. Potential to earn up to $300,000+ per year.

Leadership : Karla Greco, Chief CRNA

Team Highlights : CRNAs work in a care‑team model, with a mix of solo cases and supervising cases.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient’s physiological condition
• Perform clinical interventions as needed

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards

• Hourly rate: $180 per hour
• Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage

Per Diem Compensation : $165 per hour plus a completion bonus incentive for hours worked.
