Location: Fort Smith, Arkansas

Position Highlights:
- Compensation: $310,000+ base salary, with a generous sign-on bonus and cardiac stipend (if applicable)
- PTO: 7 weeks
- Premium Pay: Earn premium pay after 40 hours, plus separate call pay
- Schedule: Full-time with flexible shift options
- Board Certification: Required
- Call Coverage: In-house or on-call as needed
- Focus on general, ortho, OB, neuro, urology, plastics, and minimal pediatrics (B&B as needed)
- CRNAs perform regional blocks and can access block training opportunities
- Access to TeamHealth Institute's proprietary online education platform for CE modules (AANA-approved)
