Practice Environment
- 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
- Case mix: GI/Endo - 4,800 cases annually, Surgical - 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – standard outpatient cases
- EMR: EPIC
- Shift types: 8‑hour shifts
- No nights, no call, no weekends
