Overview

Per Diem opening in charming Savannah, GA, at Candler Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital. The position offers a team-oriented practice with a high degree of autonomy.

Facilities

Candler Hospital: 384‑bed facility, Georgia’s first hospital, affiliated with the Methodist Church. Offers primary care, outpatient services, and specialty services.

St. Joseph's Hospital: serving the community since 1934, providing more than 70 specialties such as surgery, internal medicine, neurology, and cardiology. A new six‑story tower features 90 private patient rooms.

Case Assignments

Cardiac, general, orthopedic, neuro, GI, vascular, endo, gynecology, pediatrics, radiologic and interventional cardiac procedures. No OB.

Shifts

Monday thru Friday 07:00–15:00, call and non‑call opportunities, other shifts also available.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑anesthesia assessment
• Obtain and/or verify patient consent
• Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient
• Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor patient’s physiological condition
• Perform clinical interventions as needed

Requirements

• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Total Rewards
