- Number of operating rooms: Four plus a cath lab.
- Patient age demographic: Adult and pediatric.
- Procedures required: General surgical cases (adult and pediatric), epidural anesthesia, obstetrical cases, spinal anesthesia.
- Travel reimbursement: Mileage can be reimbursed. Housing is available adjacent to the hospital campus at no cost to the provider.
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
- Active OH license - highly preferred
- BLS, ACLS, PALS - REQUIRED
