This position offers a collaborative anesthesia care model, with no call and no weekends.
The role involves conducting comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments. You will develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care. Deliver intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics. Provide anesthesia services across a broad range of surgical specialties including total joints, orthopedics and sports medicine, plastic surgery, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgery. Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Provide airway management services as needed. Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related complications. Deliver post-anesthesia care and pain management. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within electronic medical records. Travel to other ambulatory sites as operational needs arise. Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary surgical teams. Work within a fast-paced ambulatory division alongside a large team of CRNAs and physicians. No lapsed or new graduate candidates are being considered. Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s). Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
