Driven and solution-oriented, the full-time remote CRM Solutions Architect will design effective architectures and develop data strategies using HubSpot CRM, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to implement technology solutions and integrations. Key responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and define architecture and scope solutions Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members on implementation Perform data migrations and ensure quality assurance through rigorous testing and documentation Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in designing architectures and developing data strategies 3-5 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis within a digital/technical agency Relevant tertiary qualification in fields such as Computer Science or Information Systems Proficiency in HubSpot and understanding of CRM systems is beneficial Extensive ability to read and compile technical documentation, including API documentation and functional specifications
