You will do this by teaming up with a wide variety of our business units, ensuring that their needs are met while leveraging the data in our internal CRM to promote positive change. As product owner of our own internal CRM scrum team, you will run the backlog and manage the work for the scrum team, as well as advocate for the internal CRM team. This role will give you the opportunity to showcase your talents and creativity while empowering your peers to connect with our customers—the 1,500+ independent financial advisors we serve—in a whole new way.Responsibilities:Strengthening and maintaining the long-term vision and road map of our internal customer relationship management platform and related technologies by engaging the current teamDriving innovation and full use of the CRM platform and its related technologies by optimizing the current platform and exploring additional opportunities for improvementRepresenting the voice of our various constituencies (advisors, internal users, managers, and the executive team)Owning any integrations to the CRM platform with related technologies and systemsOwning the overall governance related to changes and future development of the CRM platform and its related technologiesLeading overall communication of changes related to the CRM platform and its related technologiesQualifications:3+ years of enterprise CRM product management experienceKnowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus, as well as knowledge of competitor offeringsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExceptionally strong organizational, analytic, communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsExperience working with: Workflow analysis and design, along with administration experience for workflowBI implementation strategy a plusBroad business units, as well as executive managementSoftware development teams and client requirementsTechnical products, vendors, and complex integrations of technologiesAgile software development
