To support a large Pharma client, the remote contracted CRM Process Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of CRM capabilities, translating business needs into requirements, maintaining a prioritized backlog, and driving agile execution to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities: Own and deliver assigned CRM capabilities from discovery through release and maintenance Translate business needs into prioritized product features and user stories in collaboration with stakeholders Manage and refine the backlog to align with stakeholder priorities and quarterly planning Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's or MBA preferred 5-7+ years of experience in product management or technology strategy, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors Deep understanding of CRM platforms, including Salesforce and Veeva Experience with AI-supported product management techniques Proven ability to foster cross-functional alignment and manage stakeholder relationships
