Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the part-time CRM Coordinator will manage the end-to-end campaign briefing process, maintain campaign timelines, and build and launch email and SMS campaigns remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the campaign briefing process and coordinate with marketing and creative teams for approvals Maintain campaign timelines and ensure timely delivery of creative assets and approvals Build and launch email and SMS campaigns, including audience segmentation and A/B testing Required qualifications 2+ years of experience managing email and/or SMS campaigns from briefing through execution Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and/or Attentive for campaign management Strong organizational and project-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously A data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance metrics Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands
