CRM Acquisition Integration Lead (Associate Director)

Grant Thornton is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Acquisition Integration Lead to join the team. The role reports directly to the Customer Platforms Leader and will govern CRM integration activities for newly acquired firms.

Partnering with acquisition leadership, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, and delivery teams, you will assess CRM capabilities, data quality, and workflows, then define onboarding roadmaps aligned with Grant Thornton's CRM operating model and platform strategy.
