Position Overview

We are seeking a Critical Care Veterinarian to be a key member of our brand‑new, state‑of‑the‑art facility in Olympia, WA. The role includes working in a hospital that offers three operating rooms, a dedicated ICU, a cat ward, and an isolation area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional emergency and critical care services to patients.
  • Collaborate with specialists in oncology, neurology, surgery, and other fields.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI and CT scans to deliver precise care.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school.
  • Residency trained in Critical Care.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation and Sign‑On Bonus

  • Average base salary range: $175,000 – $230,000.
  • Production paid quarterly with no negative accrual.
