Responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat patients with various injuries, illnesses or disabilities. Monitors patients, administers medications, keeps records, consults with healthcare providers, educates patients, and more.

Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Education Program
- Current NJ state licensure as a Registered Nurse or Multistate RN able to work in NJ
- 3+ years of experience in Nursing in ICU or ED setting.
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License, unrestricted driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- EMT, Paramedic, or MICN
- CTRN or CFRN certification (required within 1 year of hire date)
- NRP
- PHTLS, TNCC, or ATCN
- Pennsylvania RN and PHRN
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in nursing
