Jackson & Coker is seeking a Critical Care Surgery Locums Physician for an immediate need in Arkansas, covering a staffing gap until October 31. This role involves 24-hour call, including in-house day coverage and trauma call by beeper at night. The physician will provide acute care surgery and trauma call coverage, managing a census that can exceed 30 patients daily.

- Supervision of APPs required (2 PA/NPs available)

Responsibilities
- Provide in-house coverage during the day
- Provide trauma call coverage by beeper at night
- Respond to calls within 20 minutes
- Handle ED consults and urgent OR coverage
- Manage admissions
- Supervise APPs
- Perform General Surgery: adult, trauma
- Perform Laparoscopic Surgery: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty, Nissen Fundoplication

Requirements
