Critical Care RN / RT

• Provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity patients in intensive and step-down units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage ventilators and critical infusions.
• Interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring data.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant nursing or respiratory therapy licensure and experience in critical care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage advanced respiratory equipment.
• Ability to interpret complex monitoring data and respond effectively.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
