Methodist Health System is seeking a Critical Care RN / RT to provide expert, compassionate care for high-acuity patients in our intensive and step-down units. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and critical drips, interpret cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, and respond rapidly to patient status changes. You will collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement evidence-based care plans.
