Critical Care RN: Float Pool (Night Shifts) with $6k Sign-On

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care and lead nursing processes in a 12-hour night shift environment. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaborative care with the healthcare team.

The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure and a strong nursing knowledge base; BLS is required for all RNs with ACLS preferred if current. A signing bonus may be available for external hires.
