Practice Info

• Work across two hospitals: Providence Sacred Heart & Providence Holy Family.
• Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center is a 628-bed level II trauma center, teaching hospital, and tertiary referral center with a 26-bed med/surg ICU and a 28-bed CVICU with MCS, ECMO, and LVAD.
• Providence Holy Family Hospital is a 156-bed community hospital with a 13-bed ICU.
• Roughly 80% of the time at Sacred Heart & 20% at Holy Family.
• Roughly half of the time at Sacred Heart will be spent working in the CVICU.
• Internal Medicine Residency program.

Responsibilities

• Care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients.
• Supervise residents.
• Utilize EPIC EMR.

Compensation

• Annual compensation of $433,440.

Shift & Schedule

• Block schedule with roughly 1/3 night shifts.
• 12-14 shifts per month is full-time.
• 168 shifts per year.

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible critical care physicians (MD or DO).
• A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.
• Experience managing complex cardiac critical care patients.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
