Critical Care NP/PA: Lead High-Autonomy ICU Team

Northwest Hospital in Randallstown, MD is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care ICU/IMC team. You will manage complex ICU and step-down patients at the top of your license.

This role involves rapid clinical decision-making, serving as a clinical leader within a high-performing team, and contributing to our growing critical care service line. Maryland licensure and ACLS/BLS certifications are required.
