Practice Info

• At Montefiore Nyack Hospital, our strong, collaborative team includes 4 Intensivists and 2 Critical Care APPs
• Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth care transitions within the hospital
• Participate actively in committees and become part of the larger hospital team
• Award-winning Certified Stroke Center with dedicated specialists and resources to expedite care for stroke patients
• Practicing in a 391-bed, Level III trauma center

Responsibilities

• Lead team of critical care professionals to provide comprehensive medical care to ICU patients as part of the Intensivist team in a 391-bed, Level III trauma center
• Value teamwork as part of the larger multi-disciplinary team

Compensation

• Competitive Shift-Based Compensation with an average annual income of $450,000 to $480,000, based on shifts worked

Shift & Schedule

• 12-hour day shift and 12-hour night shift model
• Average of 15 shifts per month
• Working exclusively overnight shifts

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in critical care medicine
• Active New York License and DEA
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours
