As an RN Float Critical Care at TriStar Health, you will deliver expert, patient-centered care across ICUs and other high-acuity units within our Middle Tennessee network. You will assess, monitor, and stabilize critically ill patients, manage complex infusions and ventilators, and respond rapidly to changes in condition.
