Role Overview:
This on-site Registered Nurse (RN) position in the ICU involves providing direct patient care in a complex environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and prioritizing safety and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care following the nursing process
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff and supporting ongoing learning
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality care environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and valid RN licensure
- At least 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program
- Current ACLS and BLS certification (BLS through AHA or Red Cross, valid through sixty days of hire)
