Critical Care Flight Nurse – Save Lives in Transit

Rural Metro Fire Department seeks a Flight Nurse based in Watson, IL to transport patients to and from facilities and participate in scene calls. You will work with a professional air-transport team, upholding high safety standards and patient care quality, under Air Evac Lifeteam's umbrella.

Requirements include 3+ years in emergency or critical care nursing, RN licensure in applicable states, and CFRN within 24 months. Certifications in BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP are required before flight status.
