Critical Care Flight Nurse

Allegiance Mobile Health is seeking a qualified RN for critical care transport roles, delivering care to patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings. You will document care, work under Medical Director protocols, and support transport operations.

Requirements include an active RN license, 3–5 years of critical care or emergency experience, and current certifications; CFRN within 24 months is required. Flight/transport experience is preferred.
