Air Evac Lifeteam in Watson, IL is seeking a Flight Nurse to join our air medical transport team. You will provide critical care nursing during patient transport, assess and treat patients in flight, and collaborate with pilots, medics, and ground staff to ensure safety and high‑quality care.
Minimum three years in Emergency or Adult Critical Care with RN license, active CFRN/NRP/BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications preferred. Training provided for CFRN within 24 months of hire.
