Critical Care Anesthesiologist

Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem (ASB), a physician-led private anesthesia practice with over 30 years of experience, is seeking full-time critical care and neuro-critical care anesthesiologists for a partnership track. This unique opportunity allows physicians to practice anesthesiology and critical care medicine within an independent group that provides care at tertiary and community-level ICUs. ASB is the exclusive provider of anesthesia services and critical care services for multiple ICUs within the rapidly growing St. Luke’s University Health Network.

• Physician-led private anesthesia practice with over 30 years of stability and excellence.
• Team of 18 critical care anesthesiologists providing care at a combination of tertiary and community-level ICUs.
• Critical care patient populations include cardiac surgery and cardiology, neuro, and general medical and surgical critical care patients.
• ICU service consists of a multidisciplinary rounding team, including residents, medical students, advanced practice students, advanced practitioners, critical care pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and critical care nurses.
• Affiliated with St. Luke’s University Health Network, with primary inpatient facility St. Luke's University Hospital at Bethlehem (Level One Trauma Center) and St. Luke’s Anderson campus (Level Two Trauma Center).
• Provides anesthesia for various surgical services including orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, GYN, ENT, vascular, and general surgery, with a growing pediatric program.

Compensation

• Total compensation, including 401K and other benefits, is approximately $650,000
• Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $650,000
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Sign-on Bonus commitment: Two yrs
