Critical Care Advanced Practice Lead & Mentor

Barnabas Health Medical Group in New Jersey is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Lead to oversee the Critical Care APPs RWJSH team. The role coordinates inpatient care in collaboration with the Physician for Critical Care and provides expert bedside practice with leadership responsibilities.

You will mentor APPs, support scheduling and quality improvement initiatives, participate in rounds, family discussions, and ensure adherence to patient safety standards.
