Key responsibilities Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and administrative support for crisis response activities Capture and organize meeting minutes, action items, and decisions during various meetings Maintain tracking tools and project documentation to ensure information accessibility and version control Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Health, or a related field with 2-3 years of relevant experience Experience in scheduling and administrative coordination for meetings and programs Ability to take clear and structured meeting minutes and summarize discussions accurately Familiarity with document organization and maintenance of reference materials Public Trust clearance; a minimum of secret clearance is preferred
