Lutheran Social Services seeks a Crisis Response professional to provide immediate, trauma-informed support to individuals and families experiencing mental health, housing, or safety crises. In this role, you will conduct rapid risk assessments, de-escalate high-stress situations, develop safety plans, and connect clients to behavioral health, housing, and community resources. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, maintain detailed documentation, and support on-call or rotating coverage to ensure timely, compassionate response across our service area.
