Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Crisis Response professional to provide immediate support to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health or housing-related crises. In this role, you will conduct risk and safety assessments, de-escalate high-stress situations, and coordinate emergency services, hospitalization, or shelter placement as needed. You’ll collaborate closely with LSS behavioral health, housing, and family services teams to ensure follow-up care, document interventions in electronic records, and connect clients with community resources.
