Lutheran Social Services seeks a Crisis Response professional to provide rapid, compassionate support to individuals and families experiencing behavioral health or housing-related crises. In this role, you will conduct risk and needs assessments, de-escalate high-stress situations, and develop immediate safety and stabilization plans. You’ll coordinate with LSS behavioral health, housing, and family services teams, as well as community partners, to connect clients with ongoing support.
Working within a mission-driven, faith-based, and client-centered culture, you will document interventions, participate in on-call rotation, and engage in continuous training to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care.
