Community Care Network is seeking Crisis Recovery Specialists for 1st or 2nd shifts to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges!

Community Care Network is comprised of Rutland Mental Health Services and Rutland Community Programs. Our mission is to enhance the well-being our communities, individuals and families through responsive, innovative and collaborative human services.

About the Role:

The Crisis Recovery Specialist will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The Crisis Recovery Specialist will support therapeutic programming, share meals with the clients, facilitate medication compliance, all while building strong, meaningful connections!

This position is great for students or those who want to further their experience in the human service industry. We are looking for staff who can assist in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integration into the community.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work 7:45am-4:15pm 1 st shift
• Must be able to work 3:45pm – 12:15am 2 nd shift
• Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
• Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
• *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 1 st shift full time from 7:45am-4:15pm or
• Must be able to work 2 nd shift full time from 3:45pm-12:15am
• Competitive Pay Range - $20.00-$20.50/hour plus applicable shift differential (compensation is typically dependent upon experience)
