Providing telephonic support as a first responder, the full-time Indiana Licensed Crisis Counselor will deliver compassionate emotional support, conduct risk assessments, and offer crisis intervention services while working remotely from Indiana. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and urgent safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Indiana residency required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space for HIPAA compliance Successful completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
