Providing compassionate telephonic support, the full-time Georgia Licensed Crisis Counselor will engage with individuals in distress, conduct risk assessments, and deliver crisis intervention services while working remotely from Georgia. Key responsibilities Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing emotional distress Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and urgent safety issues Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Minimum of one year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Georgia residency is required for remote work Ability to maintain a distraction-free, private office space with a locking door Access to hard-wired broadband or fiber internet with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps
