Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel on felony and high-stakes criminal cases.
- Manage cases from intake through resolution with strong follow-through.
- Represent clients in hearings, negotiations, and jury trials.
- Develop tailored, results-oriented defense strategies.
- Draft, review, and file motions, briefs, and legal documents.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
Requirements
- Several years of criminal defense experience with progressive responsibility.
- Extensive jury trial experience (50+ trials preferred).
- Federal criminal case experience.
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly billable hour requirements.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active Florida Bar license.
