Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in managing criminal cases, including evidence review, motion drafting, and court preparation.
- Coordinate communication with clients, courts, counsel, and experts.
- Maintain an organized litigation calendar to ensure no deadlines are missed.
- Prepare for trials with strategic planning and organization.
- Manage case files and documentation accurately in our case management system.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in criminal law.
- Ability to independently manage cases and work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and trial preparation.
- Strong knowledge of the Wyoming Rules of Criminal Procedure or quick learner.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent follow-through.
- Proficient with legal technology, including calendars, documents, and software.
- Curious, courageous, and eager to learn.
