As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Cribl Lead DevOps Engineer will design, implement, and mature enterprise-scale observability solutions while mentoring engineers in best practices and managing large-scale data ingestion and migration efforts. Key responsibilities Design and implement enterprise-scale observability solutions and data ingestion patterns Lead large-scale ingestion and migration efforts while improving operational maturity Mentor engineers in observability, data ingestion, and platform engineering best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology or related field, or a minimum of eight years of relevant experience Minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components Significant hands-on experience designing and supporting Cribl pipelines in production environments Experience integrating Cribl with Splunk and other observability platforms Proven experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers
