As a hands-on technical leader, the full-time remote Cribl DevOps Engineer Lead will advance the development and automation capabilities of the Enterprise Monitoring Data team by contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and emerging technologies, while mentoring engineers in best practices for observability and data ingestion. Key responsibilities: Lead large-scale ingestion and migration efforts while improving operational maturity across monitoring platforms Utilize expertise in Cribl Stream and Splunk to enhance platform adoption and reduce operational overhead Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to architect and support production-scale telemetry and data pipeline environments Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field, or eight years of relevant experience in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions Significant hands-on experience with Cribl pipelines in production environments Experience integrating Cribl Stream with observability and analytics platforms Proven track record of leading data ingestion and migration initiatives Experience in providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers in platform engineering best practices
