A Schedule That Works for YOU
Our 2nd Shift positions have start and end times between 1:00 PM and Midnight, and we offer flexibility within that window. You will NOT be scheduled for a 12-hour shift. We'll talk about the hours that work best for you during your interview and find a schedule that fits your availability.

As a Crew Team Member, you'll help create the experience that keeps our guests coming back.
- Make guests feel welcome by checking in and making sure they're having a great experience
- Bring your smile to every interaction as you help guests order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Create great food by preparing menu items to our high standards
- Keep it clean and inviting so every guest feels comfortable
