Responsibilities
• Our crew member role is responsible for working alongside our supervisors and lead managers to ensure our customer service and quality standards are met
• You will be preparing food products and following health and safety standards and procedures while delivering top notch customer service to our guests!
• Being pleasant and attentive to our guests needs
• Working as a team to maintain consistent quality, cleanliness and customer service
• Clean work area, organize and restock as needed
• Treat team members, customers and management with respect
• Ensure speed of service and quality food builds
• Informs supervisors promptly of all problems or unusual activity or situations
• Attain strong cashier skills and personable etiquette
